We take every possible step to ensure all garments are high quality and fault free. However, during the manufacturing process some faults can occur, albeit extremely rarely. When this does happen we endeavour to catch them before leaving our warehouse.
In accordance with Australian retailer regulations we offer refunds or exchanges under the following conditions:
- The garment is faulty (such as a pulled thread or possible unfinished seam).
- Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it.
- Is unsafe.
- Is significantly different from the sample or description.
- Doesn’t do what we said it would.
Although we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind, we are happy to replace or refund the garment provided the item is still in new condition and that you are willing to pay for all reshipping costs.
Items which have been customised or enhanced in any way (e.g. embroidered or screen printed) can not be replaced or refunded under any circumstances. All or any faulty returned items must be Unworn, Unwashed and tags attached to be considered as a return.
